Frequently Asked Questions

  • – Max 10 participants in class in line with government regulations
    – BYO Mats (we will have some available to rent for $5)
    – More time between classes for cleaning
    – Staggered class times to reduce traffic
    – hand sanitiser stations on entrances and around the studio
    – ALL hammocks will be single use or you can BYO
    – more space between mats/reformers
    – coverings over reformer straps that are easily cleaned
    – Grip socks must be warn for all barre/mat pilates/reformer classes
    – virtual classes will be incorporated into memberships
    – Temperature checks will be done on arrival.
    – We no longer have waiting areas so we ask that you come to class with no children. 
    – Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before class, with new restrictions we are unable to have waiting areas and will be opening the studio doors 5 minutes before class to let you in and straight to your classroom. 
    Do not be late. Doors will be locked at the commencement of class as our instructors will be temp checking on the way in.
    – Showers will not be available during this Stage of restrictions, toilets are available however. 

  • What Facilities do you have?

    At both locations there are toilets and change areas. Our Moonee Ponds studio has both male and female showers and Yarraville has female showers. Showers are out of order during the currently COVID Pandemic.

    Where do I park?

    Moonee Ponds – There is car parking in the surrounding streets, KMART and COLES multi-storey carparks are within a 1 minute walk to the studio. We have a small carpark at the rear of the studio.

    Yarraville – There is on street parking directly outside the studio and surrounding streets.

    Can I get Public Transport?

    Moonee Ponds – Our studio is a 2 minute walk from the Tram Junction and a 3 minute walk from Moonee Ponds Station.

    Yarraville – Our studio is located 600m from Yarraville Station. 

  • Im new! Which class should I do?

    The great news is that most of our classes are suitable for beginners. If you are interested in reformer pilates we have our BASICS class and for antigravity our FUNdamentals or RESTORATIVE classes are suitable for beginners. (even if you have never done yoga before!)

     

  • Our cancellation policy is 9 hours. Cancelling outside of 9 hours will incur no penalty.

    Cancellation within 9 hours of your class will incur a $10 cancellation fee for any direct debit memberships and unlimited months or for all packs (including intro passes) the session will come of the pass.

  • If a class is booked out you will be able to join the waitlist. You will be notified via text when you have been added into the class, you can select Yes or No however if you are added to the class and select not to do the class you will be charged a late cancel. If you do not respond it is assumed you will be at the class.

    We suggest always taking yourself off the waitlist if you can no longer do a class. We always say add yourself to the waitlist as most likely you will get in.
